Blueprint Gaming has officially acquired Games Warehouse, an omni-channel gaming provider, of the Habour Group.
Blueprint is a developer and maker of games for the global online and mobile markets and is part of the Gauselmann Group. The content is also available on land-based gaming terminals in the united kingdom, Italy and Germany.
The purchase of Games Warehouse will see Blueprint to substantially increase its activities. This will help the company’s efforts to a wider selection of games for the markets that currently delivers the content to.
the Derby-based Games Warehouse is also a content provider, providing content for online, mobile and retail channels. Some of the games, including Wild Bandits, Birdz and Gold Strike, are already used by some of the gambling industry’s largest operators.
In the future, the companies will produce innovative games
According to the Blueprint Gaming Managing Director Matt Cole, Games Warehouse support Blueprint’s by the growth of the further development of creative games and by the support of the company’s development.
“We are confident that the fit will work very well and we look forward to making some innovative games together,” Cole said.
Brandon Bezzant of Harbour Group also commenting on the deal, and said that he’s convinced that “as part of the Blueprint Gaming and the Gauselmann Group, the team can go from strength to strength.”
Bezzant mentioned that Games Warehouse, the Skill With Prize (SWP) market. He also noted that, more recently, the brand successfully developed into an independent games developer for both the online and mobile markets.
As part of the acquisition deal, Games Warehouse employees retain operation of the company’s existing office. Both the iGaming and SWP machine teams support, the Blueprint’s the development of the plan.
